This is a thoughtfully designed project comprising of two modern collective residential buildings, offering a total of 64 carefully planned living units. This distinctive community contains a thoughtfully enclosed inner green square and a serene pond, providing an ideal environment for residents to relax and connect with nature. The stepped-like volumes, with their expansive windows, ensure that each unit is flooded with natural light while offering impressive views of the lush common areas. Furthermore, the inner green square is seamlessly linked with the buildings through large vibrant green gardens at the ground level, which extend to the upper floors via suspended gardens and planters. This design not only enhances the visual appeal but also fosters a green and tranquil atmosphere. The strategic positioning of apartment openings, primarily facing the inner common space, promotes privacy while simultaneously nurturing a strong sense of community among residents.
